Custom Finish

Typical custom finishes and construction include:

• Ample interior drywall partitions and drywall installed around basement perimeter over insulation

• Painted drywall ceiling and linear wood ceiling

• Partial millwork paneling and painted drywall wall finishes

• Solid core doors

• High quality carpet floor finish

• Ample electrical outlets and lighting

• Heating and air conditioning system

Enter a percentage between 0 and 100. If a basement garage is selected, the basement finish percentage between 1 and 100 applies to the total basement area less the basement garage area.

Example 1: If the basement is 1000 square feet and 600 of which is finished, enter 60%.

Example 2: If the basement is 1000 square feet, 500 of which is basement garage and the remaining 500 square feet is finished, enter 100%.

Example 3: If the basement is 1000 square feet, 500 of which is basement garage and 200 square feet of the remaining 500 square feet is finished, enter 40%.
